This website is operated by Tejdurg Physiotherapy OPC Private Limited ("we", "us"), which runs the physiotherapy practice All Things Physio, with its registered office at First Floor, Chinar Heights, Lane 5, Prabhat Road, Opposite Irani Cafe, Pune, Maharashtra 411004, India.

These terms apply when you use this website and when you book an appointment with us, online or otherwise. By using the website or booking, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the website; you can still call or visit us.

The information on this website is general and for education only. It is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment plan for you. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.

Online booking and messaging are not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.

You may book appointments if you are 18 or over. Appointments for a child, or for a person who has a lawful guardian, must be booked by a parent or lawful guardian, who agrees to these terms on their behalf and should accompany them.

• You can book online, by phone, by WhatsApp or at a clinic. Online booking is provided through SpatioCare, our clinic management system.
• An online booking is a request until the clinic confirms it. You will receive an email when you book and another when it is confirmed.
• Please give accurate details. We use them to reach you about your appointment.
• Before booking online you will be asked to accept the booking terms and privacy notice shown in the form. We record that you accepted, and when.
• We may need to move an appointment if a physiotherapist becomes unavailable. We will tell you as early as possible and offer another time.
• The physiotherapist you see may be assigned by the clinic.

Fees are as quoted by the clinic for your assessment and treatment, and are payable at the clinic unless you have paid online. Any fees or packages shown on the website are indicative; the clinic will confirm the fee for your treatment.

If online payment is offered and you use it, the payment is processed by a third-party payment provider under its own terms. We do not see or store your card or UPI details. Refunds for cancelled appointments are made to the original payment method, in line with section 6.

• You can reschedule or cancel from the link in your booking email up to 4 hours before your appointment. After that, please call your clinic.
• Please tell us as early as possible if you cannot attend, so the time can be offered to another patient.
• Repeated missed appointments without notice may mean we ask you to book by phone.

• Treatment is provided by qualified physiotherapists, after an assessment. Your physiotherapist will explain the proposed treatment, and you may ask questions or decline any part of it.
• Please tell us about any medical condition, recent surgery or injury, pregnancy, implant, allergy or medication before treatment starts, and about any change during your treatment.
• Physiotherapy results vary from person to person and depend on many factors, including following your home exercise plan. We do not guarantee a particular outcome.
• We may decline or stop treatment where it would not be safe or appropriate, and will advise you on the next steps, including referral to a doctor.

When you book, we send you messages about that appointment (confirmation, reminders, changes) by email, SMS or WhatsApp. These are part of the service. Anything else, such as offers or updates, is sent only with your permission, and every such message tells you how to stop them.

Please do not:

• make bookings in someone else's name without their permission, or make false bookings;
• try to disrupt the website or the booking system, gain unauthorised access, or introduce malicious code;
• copy the website or its content in bulk, including by automated means;
• use the website in any way that breaks the law.

We may block access or cancel bookings made in breach of these terms.

The All Things Physio name and logo, and the text, photographs, videos and design of this website, belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use needs our written permission.

Patient reviews and testimonials on the website are shared with the patient's permission, and reflect individual experiences; they are not a promise of results.

The website links to services run by others, such as Google Maps, Google reviews, WhatsApp and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices; their own terms and privacy notices apply.

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, and we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on general information on the website instead of professional advice, or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

How we collect and use your personal data, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, are explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law, the courts at Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
